Join the party! Zumba classes are now being offered at the IdealShape Training Center in Orem, Utah at 44 West 300 North.

I know. I know what your thinking… Can I really get a great workout and lose the weight I want to lose doing Zumba? The truth is Millions of people all over the world are doing just that right now. Zumba is a total body workout that requires constant movement of both your lower body and upper body. Oh ya, and don’t forget about that core. There is a reason that dancer have the sexiest abs around.

One class can burn up to 1000 calories. It won’t take you very many Zumba classes each week to start sheddin’ fat and toning up. And by the way Zumba is an absolute blast. Once you got the steps down, which takes a couple classes, you will feel like you are at party with you friends having a great time. The more friends you do Zumba with the more fun you will have. So, let your hair down a little and get to know the people in your class.

The Orem Zumba location instructor is one of the best around. With her Latin background and professional dancing experience Hannah Loumeau Leonard is the perfect instructor to not only help you get a great workout, but to teach you how to dance. People pay hundreds of dollars to get instruction on how to dance and all you will be paying $5 for an hour class or $40 for a 10 punch pass.
